Privacy policy
We highly value our relationships with our clients. As such, we only share your information with external companies if they are part of the delivery chain, eg our order fulfilment house. We will never share your information with other companies for the purposes of marketing.
Currency
All prices in Australian dollars (AUD). If you purchase internationally utilising Visa or Mastercard your card provider will convert the purchase into your domestic currency. There is a currency converter attached http://www.xe.com/ucc.
Product availability
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. As many of our suppliers are independent designers and craft people there may be occasional delays.
Delivery, shipping and handling
- Most of our products are held in our central warehouse
- Allow up to seven/fourteen working days from receipt of payment, greater delays may be experienced for overseas shipments
- All delivery prices quoted include delivery, handling. Insurance is a separate charge, chosen and paid for by the purchaser of the goods
- All prices quoted are for delivery to one address only
- You are responsible for paying any local duty or taxes on goods delivered outside Australia if applied
Postage and handling charges
Deliveries will be by Australia Post via parcel post and e-parcel, insurance is included in the cost and both services are trackable from the time of posting and require a signature at their destination as proof of delivery.
Within Australia
- $15.00 for all orders under $350.00
- All orders over $350.00 free within Australia to a value of $1000 then is charged by weight
Outside Australia
- $150.00 for all orders under $350.00
- All orders over $350.00 free within Australia $250.00
Refunds and returns on goods
- All requests for returns must be lodged within seven days of receipt of goods
- If you receive incorrect or faulty goods please lodge a request for return within seven days of receipt of goods and we will arrange for a refund or replacement
- All goods remain your property until received undamaged by us
- Please quote your invoice number in all correspondence
Refund on bookings

- WhaleSong or Dolphin interaction related overseas play-shops require a $1000 non-refundable deposit. Payment of balance will be communicated once you are booked. Pre-booking and pre-payment of all overseas service providers is required for the whale season. We pay months in advance and guarantee number. Therefore there are no refunds available on overseas programs once booked for any reason. We suggest you take out your own travel cancellation insurance immediately on booking!!!
- Broughton Island Dolphin adventure require a $100 non refundable deposit Full refund less deposit is cancelled two weeks prior, 50% refund if cancelled one week prior and no refund after that time period
- A.M.V.E Dolphin swim programs $50 non-refundable deposit- full refund less deposit if cancelled up to 48 hours prior no refund after that time period
- Whale and dolphin watch $20 non-refundable deposit full refund less deposit if cancelled up to 48 hours prior no refund after that time period
- Products: 30 day money back guarantee. If product is faulty or damaged then a replacement product or full refund less postage and handling will apply for 30 days after purchase. No refund for change of mind.
